REMEDIES FOR REMOVING THE ABOVE STAINS
1.BALL PEN INK STAINS:
While cutting the fabric, workers use ball pen for different markings. The stain can easily be removed using the STAR BRAND INK REMOVER. Apply a few drops of water and use 3 – 4 drops of INK REMOVER. Rub it gently with a light brush.
2.MARKING STAINS:
Marking stains are of different types and are generally very tough to be removed. There are different ways to remove the marking stains. Some marking stain needs a combination of two or more chemicals.
3.Paint stains:
Paint stains can be removed by STAR BRAND TEENOL. Apply TEENOL directly without water. Rub it gently with a light brush. If the stain persists apply STAR BRAND INK REMOVER with a little water.
4.Iron rust stains:
These are very hard type of stains. We have developed an efficient stain remover which removes all type of rust stains from denim, cotton, knits and other fabrics. Wet the stained part with water. Apply 3 – 4 drops of STAR BRAND RUST REMOVER. Leave it for a second. RUST REMOVER pulls out the rust stains from the fabric. Care should be taken while using RUST REMOVER. ALWAYS WEAR A THICK HAND GLOVE.
5.Pencil marking stains:
The best and effective solution to remove pencil marking stains is by using eraser. If the stain persists use RUST REMOVER with water.
6.Hard mud stains:
If the garment or fabric remains unused for a longer time a layer of mud stain forms over it. They do not come out easily thereby looking old. Wet the stained part with water, preferably hot water. Use STAR BRAND EMROL – OL. Rub it with a brush. Wash the stained part with water. EMROL – OL can also be used as a washing agent.
7.Grease stains:
Grease stains can be removed by using STAR BRAND EMROL – OL. Wet the stained part with water. Apply EMROL – OL and rub it with brush. Wash the stained part with water.
8.General handling stains:
A new garment or fabric passes through a long process before it is packed. In the process it may come across handling stains like dirt, muck, etc. Add 200 ml of STAR BRAND EMROL – OL and add 15 – 20 drops of STAR BRAND TPD – 27 in a bucket with 5 liters of water. Wash the garments with it. It will give a bright look to your garment.
9.Yellow stain on white fabric/garment:
Wet the stained part with water and apply 3 – 4 drops of STAR BRAND HYPO – BLEACH. Rub it gently with a light brush. Wash the stained part with EMROL – OL.
10.Colour on colour stains on white fabric:
Incase the colour is merged on whole garment it needs to be bleached by fully soaking the garment. Add 250 ml of STAR BRAND HYPO with 3 liters of water. Dip the entire garment in it and leave it for 15 minutes. The colour will automatically fade. If there are colour spots on white fabric wet the stained part and apply 2 – 3 drops of N 9. N 9 will pull out the colour on colour stains.
11.General stains on white fabric / garment:
White fabric / garment need a lot of care. For general yellow and black stain or water mark stain, apply STAR BRAND N 9. Wet the stained part before applying N 9. Wash the stained part with EMROL – OL and water.
12.Yellow and black stains on Coloured fabric / garment:
Spots of yellow and black stains can be removed with STAR BRAND LTK – 45. Wet the stained part with water. Apply 2 – 3 drops of LTK – 45 and rub it gently with a light brush. Wash the stained part with water. LTK – 45 is one of the most effective stain removing chemicals. Care should be taken while using LTK – 45. Wear Hand Gloves.
13.Blood stain on coloured fabric:
Tough stains like blood etc. can be taken out with the help of STAR BRAND LTK – 45 and STAR BRAND TPD – 27. Wet the stained part with water and take 2 – 3 drops of both the chemical. Rub it gently with a light brush. Wash the stained part with water.
14.Gel pen ink stains:
Gel pen ink stain generally becomes permanent on the garment. Apply STAR BRAND INK REMOVER and later wet the stained part with water and apply 2 – 3 drops of STAR BRAND LTK – 45. Wash the stained part with water.
15.Oil stain spots on cotton fabric/garment:
Oil spots generally come through Sewing machine. Apply STAR BRAND OILSTON – GL. It loosens the oil stain. Wash the stained part with soap and water.
16.Oil stain spots on Knits garment:
There are two ways to remove oil stains on knits garments.
17.Oil stain on Georgette / net fabrics:
These garments cannot be washed with water as it shrinks. Apply STAR BRAND OILSTON – GL. The oil stain will immediately remove as you spray T.S.R. on the fabric.
18.Oil stain on Silk, Polyester, Twill, Lycra etc.:
Extra care is to be taken while processing on this fabric/garment. Incase oil spots are on whole garment dip it in T.S.R. If you use any chemical or water on the garment it may leave a patch behind.
19.Coffee and Tea stains on white fabric:
Coffee and Tea stains are normal phenomena. They are easy to remove too. Wet the stained part with water an apply STAR BRAND N 9. Wash the stained part with 2 drops of STAR BRAND EMROL – OL and plain water.
20.General Colour on Colour stains on light fabrics:
light colour cotton fabric/garment is prone to stains from different colour or marking stains. Wet the stained part properly with water and apply 1 drop of STAR BRAND N 9. Wash the stained part with soap and water. Before applying the chemical on the stained part, try it in the base of a garment or an unseen part as it may fade the base colour.
21.Pigment and Dye stains:
Fabrics are processed in mills. There are different stages like pigment dyeing etc. The extra dye remains back on the fabric and does not come out with washing. Use STAR BRAND TPD – 27 with few drops of water and rub it gently.
22.Blood Stains on White and Light Coloured Fabrics:
Indeed one of the toughest stains to remove, blood stains can be removed by using STAR BRAND LTK – 45 and cold water. Wash the garment with cold water and apply 3 – 4 drops of LTK – 45. Rub it with the brush with little effort and later wash the garment with EMROL – OL and cols water. Incase it is a white garment it, the stain can be removed by using STAR BRAND N – 9 using LTK – 45.
